*NB Please let us know of any dietary or allergy requirements in advance. In accordance with the Food Information for Consumers Regulation 2014, please note that the Granola contains whole almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and the cereals used in the Granola, Local Bread and Croissants are not gluten free. We can always source alternatives for you, just ask!
Breakfast is served in your room, at a time to suit you.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From the 1st March to the 31st October (Peak months) a two night minimum stay applies.
For any single night booking, payment in full in advance is requested. For longer periods, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay.
You can reserve your stay now by checking availability on 01473 735880, and paying your deposit via bank transfer or use the card facility/Paypal at the foot of this page.
On receipt, we will send you an email/text, confirming the booking and the outstanding balance. The balance is due on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before your arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a £5 handling charge.
We reserve the right to charge the full cost of your reserved stay with us, should you cancel your arrangement with less than 14 days notice prior to your date of arrival, or if you fail to arrive as planned. In the event of a lockdown preventing us from opening we will refund deposits in full.
If you need to cancel for whatever reason, please contact us immediately. We also suggest you may wish to take out cancellation insurance as part of any holiday cover.
Your booking is non transferable.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Please vacate by 11am on the day of departure, to allow us to clean and prepare the room for our next guests.
New guests are asked to arrive after 4pm and before 9pm.
CHILDREN
Garden Room – We can provide a fold-up cot, or a blow up bed, for a single accompanying child under 10 yrs old for an additional charge of £20 per night, including breakfast.
Orchard Room – A large sofa, which converts into a twin bed is provided for accompanying guest(s). An additional charge of £20 per night, including breakfast, is payable per additional guest.
PETS
Whilst we love our dog and chickens, we are unable to accommodate guest’s pets in the rooms, as they are kept totally pet free. We do have an outside kennel and a large garden, if you wish to bring your pet, but please let us know in advance
BREAKAGES
Please take care of our accommodation. We will not normally charge for minor breakages, but significant damage will be invoiced for. Please tell us of any accident or spillage so that we can deal with it immediately.
LIABILITY
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your partyor any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or agents acting on our instruction.
CARD PAYMENT FACILITY – We prefer bank transfers, but you may use your debit or credit card to pay, or a Paypal account.
Use the drop down box to choose your tariff (Summer/Winter/single/double), and press the Paynow button. Just fill in the total amount to pay and in the final box for instructions to seller, confirm the room you wish to book Orchard or Garden.
Your personal data remains confidential and safe, and we receive instant notification of your payment, to which we can reply and confirm your room. You can also use this facility to buy personalised gift vouchers for your friends and family. (see Links Page). Please note we do not have a card payment facility at The Granary.
